Mama Jo’s Personal Take:
This is one really cute oil, cos… Erm… How should I put this… Well, it may make you fart! HAHA! Even for adults, so you have been warned! Although it’s really effective, it’s super gentle for babies and is great for newborn tummy massage to help pass gas and stimulate bowel movement! The essential oils used are much safer than the usual Chinese oils used for infant massage, so it doesn’t have that “minty” sensation as we DO NOT use peppermint oil, that is NOT recommended even for kids under the age of 6 due to the menthol content which can slow breathing in young children. We use spearmint oil instead, which is way milder and safer, yet as efficacious. So although it doesn’t have the typical cooling sensation, it works as it should!

Dill Seed:

One of the most under-rated essential oils, Dill Seed is mellow yet very effective in helping to boost immune systems as well as to soothe and ease digestive discomfort. It does have a very distinctive green scent that one would associate with cheeseburgers! Let us know if you think so too? Our certified organic Dill Seed essential oil is steam-distilled from the seeds of the Dill plant cultivated in countryside of Hungary.

Ginger:

Possibly the most comforting essential oil choice for our bellies, Ginger helps support a healthy digestive system. Ginger can also give our immune systems a boost, especially during cold season. Our certified organic Ginger essential oil is steam-distilled from the rhizomes of brilliantly flowering red and green plants in Ivory Coast.

Spearmint:

Not to be confused with peppermint, Spearmint is a safe oil for use on babies and young children. When Spearmint is applied to the abdomen, it can help relieve a queasy stomach and bloating. It is an excellent choice to use for supporting a healthy digestive system. Our certified organic Spearmint essential oil is steam distilled from the bright green leaves of Spearmint plants in India.

Palmarosa:

Palmarosa is a rosy, sweet and slightly woodsy essential oil, known for its immune-boosting qualities, especially during cold season. Also used for managing pain, Palmarosa is a delightful oil for supporting digestive health and relieving tummy pains. Our certified organic Palmarosa oil is steam distilled from the tall, bright green grass of plants on sunny mountain slopes in Nepal.

Sweet Orange:

Nothing screams “happy!” like Sweet Orange! But beneath its citrusy, sparkly, and refreshing scent, lies its steady ability to help support our immune systems as well as reduce digestive issues and pains. Our certified organic Sweet Orange essential oil is cold-pressed from the zests of hand-picked fruits in the sun-kissed orchards of Brazil.
